We ended up having to attach it via usb to itunes and restore to factory defaults, wiping it and starting over again. His wifi was not on, so changing the passcode via MaaS360 could not be done, not sure why wifi was not connecting. Looked like he changed it to alpha numeric by accident, not sure, but he passcode he was giving us was not working, after a few attempts locked it for 15 min. Well, one of theboard members, not sure if he changed something or what happened, brought in his Ipad, locked, and instead of the 4 digit passcode screen, had a landscape orientation with the keyboard visible. We used MaaS360 to enforce policys such as passcodes (set to only 4 numerals minimum length), email, wifi, etc.)
